I ordered from shoplivelovespa and ended up needing to exchange one item. The process was kinda slow and not super clear, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while. It wasn’t the worst experience, just kinda annoying

I was checking on an order I placed through Live Love Spa and got a little unsure about what was going on with the tracking, so I decided to send customer service a message. I figured I’d be waiting a day or two, but they got back to me the same day, which was a nice surprise.
The person who replied was friendly and actually answered my question clearly, instead of sending one of those generic copy-and-paste responses. After a quick exchange, everything made sense and my issue was taken care of without me having to keep chasing them down.
I’m giving 4 stars only because I do think the tracking details on the site could be a bit easier to understand. But overall, the support experience was smooth, quick, and genuinely helpful.

I was trying to track down a few spa products that seemed to be sold out everywhere, but Live Love Spa actually had them in stock. The photos looked nice, but I still couldn’t tell things like the actual size, scent notes, or which skin type each item was best for. When I looked for more info, it felt like the usual policy-type excuse of “details may vary” instead of actually helping me decide. The site itself is fine, but I didn’t feel confident enough to place an order.

i mean, the refund did come through in the end, so I can’t say they didn’t handle it. I ordered from shoplivelovespa.com and ended up returning one item because it just wasn’t what I needed.

The only frustrating part was that it took longer than I expected, and I had to email them to check on what was going on. Customer service did reply, just not very quickly. Overall, not awful but not great either, so 3 stars feels about right.

The packaging looked right, the items were sealed, and the texture and scent matched the products I’ve purchased before elsewhere. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it was still reasonable. My only small complaint is that the order updates were a little slow, but overall I was happy with what I received and felt confident using the products

I reached out hoping to get some actual help, but the support I got didn't really solve anything. It felt like they were just going through the motions instead of trying to fix the issue. Personally, I wouldn't count on their customer service if you really need assistance.

My order showed up with product leaking inside the box, which was frustrating right away. One item was sticky all over, and another looked like it had been crushed during shipping.

I took pictures and reached out hoping it would be handled, but I never got any real follow-up. It just turned into more of a hassle than it should’ve been, especially for spa products that are supposed to feel like a treat.

The checkout kept lagging for a bit, and then my coupon seemed to disappear after I logged in. I eventually got the order through after maybe a few tries, but it felt way more stressful than it needed to be.

Umm, I was happy with the shipping cost. It didn’t end up being much, so no complaints from me.

As someone who’s picky about spa scents, I was pleasantly surprised by these. I ordered a few products and the fragrances were really nice without being overpowering. One of them was a little sweeter than I usually go for, but I still ended up using it and enjoying it. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would give it 4 stars.

They carry a few spa brands I recognize, which is nice. I found some things that worked, but the selection felt a little limited. It’s fine, just not a ton to choose from.

This was disappointing. The ingredients tasted cheap, and it really felt like they cut corners and expected customers not to notice. Not good quality at all

The box showed up looking neat overall, just had a little dent on one corner. Literally nothing major, though.

I liked some of the items a lot, but a few definitely felt cheaper than I expected. One piece felt really soft and well-made, and then another had that thin, flimsy feel like something you’d grab last minute at a checkout aisle. I opened everything on my kitchen table with coffee next to me, so I was really going through it all one by one. Overall, not bad, just mixed quality.
